How ordering works
- Pick a product and a quantity. Minimum order quantities are set per item and printed on every product page. They are not uniform — some pieces start at six, others at ninety-six — so check before you build a budget around a headcount.
- Send your artwork. Reply to your order confirmation with the file. Vector is best (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF); we convert raster artwork where we can, at no charge.
- Approve the mockup. You get a digital proof showing your logo at actual size in its actual position. Nothing is printed until you say so.
- Production and delivery. Shipping is not included in the prices shown. Supply a UPS or FedEx account number in the order notes, or we invoice the freight after the order ships.

What the price on this site includes

- Artwork preparation and conversion to production format

- A digital mockup and an electronic proof before production
Not included: freight, second colors, second locations, laser engraving, and rush production. All four are quoted on request rather than hidden in the price.
On the decoration itself, one thing worth knowing: Hydro Flask bodies use a Color Last powder coat. A printed logo sits on top of it and stays in your brand color. Laser engraving cuts through the coat to bare stainless, so an engraved mark reads silver rather than in your color. Plenty of buyers want exactly that look — but very few expect it, so ask for the engraved mockup before you commit.
